This kit provides the most commonly used amine substrate for the histochemcial localization of peroxidases. DAB is an extremely sensitive indicator, producing a characteristic brown oxidation product easily visible with the light microscope. HistoMark DAB Reagent Set produces a sharply localized, brown deposit at the site of the reaction. Kit includes DAB Substrate Concentrate, Buffer Concentrate, and Peroxidase Solution.
