This kit provides the most commonly used amine substrate for the histochemcial localization of peroxidases. Dab is an extremely sensitive indicator, producing a characteristic brown oxidation product easily visible with the light microscope. Histomark dab reagent set produces a sharply localized, brown deposit at the site of the reaction. Kit includes dab substrate concentrate, buffer concentrate, and peroxidase solution.
