VWR Multistage Gas Regulators feature a solderless construction for easy maintenance. The solid forged brass body contains two regulators, with the first stage reducing full cylinder pressure to 90% for safety. Particulates, tank scale, and rust are eliminated from the gas stream with a sintered inlet filter. Assembly features include: high-pressure valve, low-pressure valve, intermediate pressure relief valve between the two stages, back cap vent holes, and bonnet vent holes. The regulators also feature stainless steel diaphragms and high and low pressure PTFE encapsulated seats, minimizing regulator damage from contaminants.
