Clear quartz glass crucibles are ideal for analytical applications that involve ashing samples or require high-temperature procedures. The quartz material offers low thermal expansion, dimensional stability, and resistance to thermal shock. It can withstand a continuous operating temperature of 1050°C (1922°F). Lids, also manufactured from quartz, are available separately.
