The Blue cast iron base features a rod and needle for holding loops. The open loop dimensions are: inner diameter 1.82 in, outer diameter 1.98 in. Similarly, the closed loop dimensions are: inner diameter 1.82 in, outer diameter 1.98 in. This apparatus comes with aluminum loops connected by a straight bar featuring a groove for placement on the needle.
