This product consists of two interconnected cylinders of different diameters, based on two graduated glass syringes with capacities of 10ml and 50ml, respectively, and a cross-sectional area ratio of 3:1. It is designed for demonstrating the transmissibility of fluid pressure and showing how mechanical advantage can be obtained using interconnected cylinders of different diameters. The pistons are provided with a loading platform that has a diameter of 90mm. Additionally, the graduated syringe barrels permit simple Boyle's law experiments to be carried out.
