This filter funnel is made of high-quality borosilicate glass with a plain 60-degree angle. It is autoclavable and offers superior chemical durability. The low temperature gradient allows it to withstand high temperatures and thermal shocks. Eisco Labs' borosilicate glass has the following heat tolerances: strain point, 515°C; annealing point, 565°C; and softening point, 820°C.
