This set of seven synthetic rubber adapter cones is designed to fit Buchner and fritted glass funnels, porcelain filters without headpieces, and for reverse flow cleaning of filter crucibles. The adapters can be used to support funnels, Gooch crucibles, filter tubes, and other apparatus in filtration assemblies. They remain functional even if not tightly fitted around the funnel stem. The cones can be used individually or nested with adjacent sizes, providing an excellent alternative to drilling special-size holes in rubber stoppers. Additionally, they are autoclavable.
