SeQuant™ ZIC™-cHILIC is designed for improved separation of polar hydrophilic compounds that have proved difficult to separate by reversed-phase HPLC or previous types of HILIC columns. The orientation of its zwitterionic functional group provides more accessible positive charges, which results in a complementary selectivity with more retention particularly for organic acids and other negatively charged compounds. Especially suitable for LC-MS thanks to an extraordinary high column stability and a minimized column bleed.
