Reacts with the 40kDa type I membrane glycoprotein, FcγRII, the low affinity receptor for aggregated IgG expressed on B cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and platelets. CD32 mediates endocytosis, cytotoxicity, platelet activation and immunomodulation. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis.
