VWR Burettes are manufactured from ASTM E 438, Type 1, Class A Borosilicate 3.3 heat-resistant glass. These unserialized Class A burettes deliver solutions in precisely measured, variable volumes and are used primarily for titration to deliver one reactant until the precise endpoint is reached. Calibration and tolerances comply with standards: ASTM 3287, ASTM E542, and ASTM E694.
All burettes have a bore size of 2 mm, are calibrated to deliver (TD, EX) at 20 °C, meet ASTM E 287 specifications, and are calibrated according to Class A norms. A batch certificate is included.
