Biotium's Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your antibody with one of Biotium's superior CF™ dyes in 30 minutes without a purification step. This kit is for one labeling reaction of 50-100 ug antibody with green fluorescent CF™488A (Ex/Em 490/515 nm). CF™488A is our next-generation green fluorescent dye with excitation/emission at 490/515 nm. It is much brighter and more photostable than fluorescein (FITC), and has been used for super-resolution imaging by TIRF.
