The qScript™ XLT One-Step RT-qPCR ToughMix® by Quanta Biosciences is a ready-to-use, highly sensitive master mix for reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) of RNA templates with the use of hybridization probe detection chemistries like the TaqMan® 5’-hydrolysis probes on real-time PCR systems that do not need a passive reference dye.
