When the stem is in the channel, the blade is automatically mitered to the proper angle for making uniform cuts to ensure successful healing of the graft. Spring-loaded so it opens automatically after each cut. Includes three interchangeable stem guides: one with a 2.5 Mm channel diameter, one with a 3.5 Mm channel diameter, and one that is flat, as well as five replacement blades. Spare blades can also be used for side-grafting.
