Die-cast alloy construction is strong and corrosion-resistant. The clamp features wide, 3-finger jaws that open up to 3.5 inches (90mm) wide, allowing it to hold a variety of glassware sizes and volumes. The PVC-coated prongs provide a strong, slip-free hold without scratching objects. The PVC coating can withstand heat up to 100°C for short periods but is recommended to be removed for extreme temperature uses. A swivel bosshead allows for 360° rotation of clamped objects and attaches to rods up to 15mm in diameter. The clamp extends approximately 5 inches from the rod (not adjustable).
